Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is entered into by and between Janelle Hunt of Made On What I Know, LLC (“Provider”) and the participant registering for the Restoring Everything the Enemy Stole Workshop (“Client”). By registering for this event, Client agrees to the following terms:
Scope of Services
Provider will host a live virtual workshop on November 24, 2025, from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST. The event will focus on faith-led strategies to help women of faith heal from the aftereffects of domestic violence, reclaim their identity, and walk boldly in the calling God placed within them.
Attendance
Client is responsible for attending the workshop live via the provided Zoom link and ensuring their technology is operational. No refunds will be issued for missed attendance.
Intellectual Property
All materials, recordings, and resources shared during the workshop remain the sole property of the Provider. Client may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any portion of the content without written consent from Provider.
Confidentiality
Client agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants. Sharing personal stories, names, or details of other participants outside of the workshop setting is strictly prohibited.
Liability Disclaimer
The Provider is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. The workshop is designed for educational and personal development purposes only and should not replace professional therapy or medical advice. Provider is not liable for any technical issues or any outcomes resulting from the application of teachings, strategies, or discussions from this event.
Payment and Refund Policy
The workshop investment is $200 per participant. All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering, Client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
Acknowledgment
By registering, Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
